How do I get started with kikiha?
Create an account, sign in, and paste your meeting link to invite the kikiha bot and start transcription and translation. To join an existing team, use the invitation link from your administrator. Before recording, get the host’s permission, tell participants about recording, external AI processing, and sharing, and obtain any required consent.
Does kikiha work with Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams?
Yes, kikiha supports Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Organization or host settings may restrict bots or recording, so check that your meeting settings allow them before you start.
Where can I see transcripts and translations?
You can read the original text and translation side by side in kikiha in your browser. On the meeting page, select a display language and switch between original text, original text with translation, or translation only.
Which languages are supported?
kikiha supports 60 transcription languages, including Japanese and English, and 15 languages for captions and translation. See the Supported languages page for the full list.
Can I use kikiha for in-person conversations?
Yes, you can transcribe conversations through a phone or computer microphone without a meeting URL or bot. Microphone transcription must be enabled in your workspace. Get participants’ permission to record and allow microphone access in your browser before starting.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 1 free hour of meeting time, available for 7 days after you sign up. Try live transcription, translation, and AI meeting minutes in your own meetings.
Do I need a credit card to try kikiha?
No. You can sign up and use your free trial hour without entering any payment details.
Can anyone sign up for kikiha?
Yes. anyone can create an account at kikiha.com and start their free trial right away.
How is meeting time counted?
Usage is based on how long you record, regardless of the number of participants. A one-hour meeting with five people uses one hour for the team; two meetings recorded simultaneously for one hour use two hours. Bot usage is counted by the second from the start request until the meeting ends, including time waiting to join. Microphone usage counts active audio input, excluding preparation and pauses.
How accurate are transcription and translation?
Accuracy varies with audio conditions, language combinations, terminology, and overlapping speech. Try kikiha in your own meetings before introducing it to your team. You can edit saved transcript text and speaker assignments. Check important figures, names, and decisions against the original speech.
Can I share meeting records with others?
Yes, you can create sharing links with an expiration date and revoke them at any time. Anyone with a link can view the content and edit transcript text or speaker assignments without signing in. They may also be able to ask AI questions, depending on the meeting’s storage settings and usage limits. Regular meeting pages require you to sign in. Share links only with people you want to give access to.
How is meeting data handled?
Meeting data is used to provide transcription, translation, and minutes. kikiha does not use it to train its own AI models or for advertising. Some processing uses external services. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Open Payment methods, invoices, and cancellation before your next renewal to cancel your subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your paid period and won’t be charged for another renewal. See the pricing page for refund terms and details about unused hours.
