Control access and sharing
Meeting access is managed through sign-in and permissions. Shared links expire and can be revoked. Anyone with a link can view shared content and edit transcript text or speaker assignments without signing in. They may also be able to ask AI questions, depending on the meeting’s storage settings and usage limits.
Our team accesses meeting content only as needed for support, troubleshooting, and similar operational purposes.
Data used to support your meetings
We use meeting data to provide transcription, translation, and meeting minutes. kikiha does not use meeting content to train its own AI models or for advertising. Some translation processing uses an external service whose policy is not to retain input or output content or use it to train or fine-tune models.
Manage retention and deletion
Audio is not kept long-term in the app, and deletion is requested after processing. During an active subscription, our policy is to retain transcripts and minutes until you delete them.
After a subscription or trial ends, records are kept for 90 days, then become eligible for deletion. Deleting your account alone does not delete shared meeting data.
