Live transcription, translation, automatic live recap, the first minutes at the end of a meeting, extracting decisions and to-dos, and automatic Slack delivery do not use a turn. Asking a question from the web or Slack, drafting text, regenerating a recap, or analyzing multiple meetings uses one turn.

Web and Slack share the same monthly AI assistant balance for the workspace.

A one-hour meeting with five people still counts as one hour for the team. Two overlapping one-hour meetings count as two hours. Time is measured in seconds from the bot start request until it ends, including waiting to be admitted.

You cannot start a new meeting with less than one minute remaining. When time runs out, recording and translation stop. That can take a few seconds to appear, and you are not billed past the remaining balance.

Monthly hours are granted each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased add-on hours do roll over, but only while a paid plan is active. Plans renew each month, and you can cancel at period end from billing.

Core features are available on every plan. Concurrent meetings are 1 on Light, 3 on Standard, and 5 on Team. For larger teams or more than 5 overlapping meetings, contact us.
