FLEXIBLE HOURS
Add hours only when you need them.
If you run short mid-month, add 1 to 30 hours at a time. There are no automatic overage charges.
Each extra hour includes 60 translations of meeting minutes. Viewing saved translations does not count toward this allowance.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Your card is charged at checkout and on each renewal date. Your allowance becomes available after payment is confirmed.
Monthly hours expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased extra hours do not expire. They remain in your workspace after cancellation and become available again when you resubscribe using the same workspace. Deleting an individual account does not remove this balance. Contact us about remaining balances before requesting deletion of an entire workspace.
You can cancel before your next renewal through Payment methods, invoices & cancellation. You’ll keep access until the end of your paid period and won’t be charged for another renewal. We do not normally offer prorated refunds for cancellation during a billing period. We review duplicate charges and service errors and provide corrections, refunds, or other appropriate remedies. Any cancellation or refund rights required by law take precedence.
When you first sign up, you receive one free hour of meeting time, available for 7 days after registration. No card is required, and your trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Recording and translation stop when you use all your trial time or the trial expires. You can record one meeting at a time during the trial, and you may need to wait to start a meeting when the service is busy. Separately arranged trials are subject to their stated terms. Changes to trial terms normally apply only to newly offered trials.
Before you subscribe
How are AI assistant requests counted?
Live transcription, translation, the first set of meeting minutes, decision and action item extraction, and automatic Slack delivery do not use any AI assistant requests. Each question asked in the app or Slack, text drafting request, meeting recap generation or update, or manual regeneration of meeting minutes counts as one request.
Requests in the app and Slack count toward the same monthly workspace allowance.
How is meeting time counted?
A one-hour meeting with five people still counts as one hour for the team. Two overlapping one-hour meetings count as two hours. Bot usage is measured by the second from the start request until the bot session ends, including time waiting to be admitted. Microphone usage is counted while audio input is active, excluding permission checks, setup, and pauses.
You need at least one minute remaining to start a meeting. Recording and translation stop when your time runs out. Stopping may take several tens of seconds, but you won’t be charged for time beyond your balance.
