Seller and contact

kikiha is operated by a sole proprietor. The operator’s legal name, business address and telephone number are provided by email or other appropriate means without delay upon request, including before purchase, with sufficient time to decide whether to subscribe. Request these details at info@kikiha.com.

Email is accepted at any time. Support hours: weekdays 10:00–18:00 Japan time, excluding Japanese public holidays and the year-end/New Year closure. We aim to reply within two business days. Requests for seller details are answered without delay, with enough time to make a purchase decision.

Prices, payment and delivery

Plan prices and allowances appear below and at checkout. Prices are in Japanese yen and include tax. You pay your internet costs and any currency conversion or international transaction fees charged by your card issuer.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Your card is charged at checkout and on each renewal date. Your allowance becomes available after payment is confirmed.

Extra hours are purchased by card in quantities of 1–30 per transaction and added after payment is confirmed. Review the total before confirming payment.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Cancel before the next renewal through Payment methods, invoices & cancellation. Access continues until the end of the paid period and future renewal charges stop. Ordinary mid-period cancellation is not prorated. Duplicate charges and service faults are reviewed for correction, refund or other appropriate remedies. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights prevail.

The subscription period is one month, with no minimum number of renewal periods. Your billing portal shows the next payment date and service end date. If you cannot use the cancellation control, email info@kikiha.com before renewal.

Contact support to change plans. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.

Hours and rollover

Monthly hours expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased extra hours do not expire. They remain on your account while unsubscribed and become usable when you resubscribe with the same account. Account deletion is separate from cancellation; contact us before deleting an account with a remaining balance.

Extra hours are a one-time purchase and can be used while a monthly subscription is active. Ordinary unused hours are not refundable; duplicate charges, service faults and mandatory withdrawal/refund rights are handled as applicable.

Time runs from the bot start request to the end, including admission waiting time. Concurrent meetings consume hours separately. Recording stops when your balance runs out; there are no automatic overage charges.

At least one minute must remain to start a meeting. Network or provider issues may delay stopping; time beyond your balance does not create automatic charges.

Trials and application deadlines

The operator sets trial eligibility, duration and allowance individually and informs you before the trial starts. Trials never automatically become paid subscriptions. Changes normally apply to newly offered trials.

Access is currently by invitation. Standard plans have no application deadline. Any invitation or limited offer deadline is stated in that offer.

Requirements and international availability

You need an internet connection and a current major browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. The bot accepts Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meeting URLs. Platform or organization settings may prevent admission or recording. Contact us for a trial in your intended environment before purchasing.

We serve individuals and organizations internationally without a general country restriction. Applicable law and payment or service provider availability may limit provision. Mandatory local rights to seller information, withdrawal, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected.

Current prices and allowances

Extra hours: JPY 550 per hour, tax included. The 12-month figures exclude extra purchases and are illustrative, not an annual commitment. Allowances are shared across the workspace.
